We needed toppers that were both gluten free and vegan (check) and without some other less usual allergies, (check). These looked good from the pictures but we needed them in a hurry as they were for post funeral prayers, part of a way to remember and celebrate the person we'd loved and lost. I phoned Rosemary, she started work that day and sent them off the next working day. Not only that, but she looked at my order and made suggestions about ways to improve it, taking care to call me and explain why. This wasn't a massive order, the express postage was about a third of the total cost but she took such care of me at a very difficult time. Then, when the toppers came, they were so much better than we'd expected. The hand finishing and different colours of thread on sewing machine bobbins and the wide variety of types of button. So many people smiled and talked about them as a way into memories of our very talented and much missed family member who had designed, cut, sewn and decorated her way through all our lives.
